Your Foundation

Spirit want you to know that it is time to look at your foundation and take steps to create balance in your life. What do you need to bring in your life to be more emotionally balanced? Use the wisdom of the rocks, the mountains and the minerals of the earth to bring harmony to your surroundings. The stresses in your life may be tilting your sense of balance. Examine the influences that create stress and find ways to minimize them. Determine your priorities and relax some of the pressures you've placed on yourself. Handle those situations facing you with diplomacy, considering the pros and cons, so you can stand more solidly when making decisions.

Oneness

Spirit wants you to know that you must recognize all forms of life and the oneness of all creation.  Remember to always begin by respecting yourself, your needs, your emotions, thoughts and ideas.  Understanding that we must respect all forms of life and that everyone is their own individual, including ourselves, without judgment or criticism.  It is time to accept more fully the divine within you. Your connection to all things seen and unseen. Allow spirit to flow through you.  Open up to the insight that is brought forth from your own inner spirit.  Remember to always keep yourself grounded by going outside and connecting to Mother Earth.  Take a walk in a field, listen to the beautiful sound of a stream, allowing yourself to be connected to them. The more that you can accept the interconnectedness of all, the more peace will be in your life.

Understanding Duality

Spirit wants you to know that you must understand that there is duality in all things.  A positive and a negative.  A light and a dark.  A good and a bad.  The internal and external.  The masculine and feminine aspects of all of life.  Allow yourself to see both sides of every situation.  And allow yourself to see the whole picture.  What is being shown to you is only one perspective.  Try to allow yourself to see the other perspective.  Rather than seeing the negative that you expect to see, open yourself to see the "other" side that has been blocked from your view.  Remember the two sides exist simultaneously within the whole.  Allowing yourself to see the negative can allow you to experience and be grateful for the positive in your life.  As you think thoughts of gratitude, close your eyes, take a deep breathe in through your nose and exhale gratitude for what has been given to you.  It is time to stop resisting life and start living your life to the fullest.  Stop denying yourself the life that you want or wish you had.  You have the right to breathe in all that you can and experience the joy of being alive.  When you find yourself in stress or with anxiety stop for a moment, close your eyes, breathe in deeply and allow your body to relax; releasing any of the negativity inside you about what you are experiencing right now.  By doing this it allows you to see your life and your experience with more clarity.  This allows you to transform the way you look at things and broadens your view.. The path in front of you is clear and open with nothing blocking your way.  Understanding that all that takes place around you is part of your journey and you must release any limiting beliefs that you have about yourself and be at peace with what is.

Escape From the Web

Spirit wants you to know that you may be finding yourself in a web of fear.  Some of our anxieties can not be explained or even connected to anything in particular.  Just the fear of getting caught in an unseen web prevents us from moving forward.  Do not fear the "what-if's".  Do not allow yourself to be a victim.  Choose to detach yourself from your fear by recognizing it and renouncing it.  Don't allow the fear to block your path, just focus on the goals that you've set for yourself and allow your spirit to drive you forward knowing that you're not alone and that you're always supported.  Don't allow your negative thoughts and thinking from allowing you from moving forward in a loving, positive and peaceful way.  You must be able to recognize the unbalanced aspects of yourself.  How do other people view you?  How much time do you worry about what other people think?  How does their view of you differ from your own view of yourself?  You must acknowledge who you are, your personal traits, your likes, your dislikes. You must allow these things to be in your conscience thought so that each day you can truly be who you are, without fear of tomorrow, enjoying the experience of this moment in time.  It's time to take steps to purify yourself on all levels.  Purification helps bring you closer to others.  It cures your anger and your fear and frustration.  It allows you to be more compassionate and understanding and forgiving.  You must release the negative perspectives of who you think you are.  Replace any fears that you feel with positive thoughts and outcomes and don't recognize anything but that.  Allow love and forgiveness to guide you.

Self-Expression

Spirit wants you to know that it is time for you to be more self-expressive.  You need to slow down and look at the thoughts that are going through your head on a daily basis that are creating anxiety, stress and worry.   This effects the way that you feel each day emotionally and physically.  You need to consider vocalizing your questions or feelings.  Use sound as a means of expressing your emotions either verbally through yelling, chanting or singing a particular sound or perhaps by banging a drum or using some other musical instrument.  Let the vibrations of the sound you make shake up the tension and anxiety that you've been holding inside.    The intention is not always to keep quiet, but let it out and hear the sound of that release.  Allow yourself to speak out your questions, thoughts and worries.  Allow yourself to cry, to yell, to scream at the top of your lungs.  Knowing that spirit is listening blesses you with the feeling of being heard and understood.  Doing so also allows you to express yourself with clarity.  See that your anxiety and anger do not destroy your power to handle and resolve any situation effectively and with peace.  Don't get yourself caught up in the "what-if's".  Don't let your pride or fear of judgement from others get in your way of expressing yourself.  Expressing yourself will allow the feelings, emotions, and fears to leave you.  Holding these things in will make you someone that you are not. It's ok to allow yourself to feel the emotions and fears. Don't forget that you are a spiritual being having a human experience.
